The building occupies a site in between commercial developments and a residential neighborhood.

Efforts were made to preserve existing, large and mature trees onsite by situating the building and parking lot in a manner that would protect them.

The lobby is welcoming and spacious, making use of great luxury vinyl tile in varying colors and textures to provide warmth and interest, while also being safe, durable and easy to keep clean

Renaissance Women's Center
Conway, Arkansas
Occupying a wonderful site in the center of Conway, nearby the hospital, other clinics, a residential neighborhood and park, the building was intended to comfortably fit into its surroundings and offer a welcoming place for patients. The site also boasted several mature shade trees and as such, the building and site were designed to minimize disturbance.

While only one practitioner would occupy the building immediately upon completion, it was designed so that a portion of the interior could be left vacant and unfinished for future "finish-out" by a future practitioner. The project was completed in 2011.
