P. Allen Smith's Moss Mountain Farm
The dream of nationally recognized gardening expert & television personality, P. Allen Smith, this new home was designed and meticulously detailed in the Greek Revival style, popular in Arkansas in the 1840's when the farm was first established. The first phase of the project was completed in 2010.

Remaining faithful to proportions, molding profiles and a material palette characteristic of the Greek Revival style, the home successfully conceals many modern amenities necessary for television production. The home also employs numerous sustainable strategies for saving energy and conserving water.

The home, outbuildings, and grounds were designed by P. Allen Smith and his talented staff. Our task was to take the concepts to detailed drawings from which the house was built. The project required an intense amount of research, coordination and refinement over the course of several years.
